Mission Statement
The Sackville Lakes Park and Trails Association strives to be the community’s voice in the development and operation of Sackville Lakes Provincial Park. Our aim is to protect, preserve and restore habitats in the park while developing trails, including regional trail linkages, and facilities for the well-being and enjoyment of all!
Sackville Lakes Park and Trails Association
Sackville Lakes Provincial Park is a 283 ha natural environment park located in Lower Sackville, Halifax County. The park offers an attractive forest setting in a near-urban environment for walking, hiking, and lake access for canoeing or kayaking. Visitors will wander through stands of near-old growth forest, along wetlands and past drumlins.
